- I'm currently a vet med student up at UC Davis, as much as I might complain about school dont get me wrong I love it. I love the life I've had, filled with my incredible family, amazing animals, and truly amazing friends. Theres nothing I would change about it at all. I showed horses most my entire life until 2008 when I put it on hold to make the main focus of my life of getting into vet school and becoming an amazing veterinarian. I've gotten over the biggest hurdle of that which was getting into vet school, as many have heard or have been told Vet School is one of, if not the hardest of the graduate programs to get into, with thousands of competitive candidates vying for 130 seats to be one of those at one of the nations highest ranked Schools of Veterinary Medicine I feel beyond fortunate they liked what they saw in my application and interview. So 4 years left till I have my dream career, It will be a roller coaster ride of ups and downs but the thrill of the ride will be incredible at the very least.
